Heya - my name is Sean, I'm a 35 year-old Canadian expat living in Germany. And in May 2024, a rapidly growing tumor the size of a lime was discovered in my right testicle.

This blog tells the story of my battle with testicular cancer - the journey that limey little bugger sent me on and my attempts to make something positive out of it. This blog is one of those attempts - it's a form of personal therapy but hopefully also a resource for others facing the same or similar battles. 

 

I'm now in remission, and of course hope to stay that way. But as the journey is still a "WIP" (the magic date for being deemed "cured" is still some years away), this blog remains one too. I'll try and keep it current and add to it when relevant.
